A Message from the Magickal Realm Academy Administration
Students of the Magickal Realm, the Circle is calling.
The true power of our Academy is not found in quiet study alone, but in the energy we create together. Every shared insight, every ritual cast in community, every encouraging word strengthens the living weave of our Realm.
To celebrate connection, creativity, and a little friendly rivalry, we are delighted to officially unveil The Social Seal Program, a living recognition of the students who help our Temples, Clubhouses, Student Lodge, Community Discussions, and Facebook Group truly thrive.
Beginning January 11, every act of participation earns Social Points. Whether you’re sparking conversation, attending gatherings, or leading others in ritual, your presence matters and it counts.
At the end of each month, the student whose energy shines the brightest will be crowned:
Social Ambassador of the Magickal Realm
The Social Ambassador will receive:
- An official Academy Certificate
- A unique physical gift from Harmony and Róisín
- A featured spotlight in the Academy Gazette and Magickal Realm Newsletter
So we ask you… will you rise as the beacon that lights our halls?
The Student Guide
How to Earn Social Points and Rise Through the Ranks
Your journey from Seeker (Bronze) to Vanguard (Platinum) is shaped by how you show up for the community. Here’s how Social Points are earned:
- Write and host a schoolwide ritual (Contact Róisín to set up a ritual date) — 50 points
- Attend a Ritual Gathering — 30 points
- Attend a Gathering (Book Clubhouse or News Bulletin Clubhouse) — 15 points
- Standard forum post — 5 points
- Audio multimedia post (links only) — 10 points
- Video multimedia post (links only) — 15 points
- Post in the Facebook Group — 10 points
- Comment on a Facebook post — 5 points
- Like/React to a Facebook post — 3 points
- Share a Facebook post (to your feed or a group) — 15 points
- Be sure to comment on the original post and tell us where you shared it!
Every contribution, big or small, helps keep the Realm vibrant.

Badge Honors
Twice each month, Róisín will double check and award visual badges to be displayed on your student profile. These badges mark your growth, consistency, and community spirit.
Monthly Social Ambassador
The student with the highest total Social Points each month will receive:
- An Official Social Ambassador Certificate
- A small physical reward
- A featured spotlight in the Academy Gazette and Magickal Realm Newsletter

Bronze Seeker Badge
Your first step into a Circle
Automatically awarded when you:
- Enter a Clubhouse or Temple
Applied within 24 hours when you:
- Participate in a Support Session
- Attend Homework Assistance
- Join Community Discussions
Every journey begins with presence and simply showing up matters.
Silver Builder Badge
The foundation of community
Awarded when you reach 100 Social Points in one specific area:
- A Clubhouse
- A Temple
- Community Discussions
- Facebook participation
This badge honors consistency and the effort it takes to build something meaningful.
Gold Oracle Badge
Voice of insight and influence
Earned at 300 Social Points in one specific area:
- Clubhouses
- Temples
- Community Discussions
- Facebook participation
Gold Oracles are trusted voices whose presence elevates the community.
Platinum Vanguard Badge
Leaders of the Realm
The highest honor of the Social Seal Program, awarded at 500 Social Points in one qualifying area.
Platinum Vanguards lead by example, ignite participation, and help shape the living culture of the Academy.
Important Clarification
To earn Silver (Builder), Gold (Oracle), or Platinum (Vanguard) badges, points must be accumulated within the same Club, Temple, Student Lodge, Community Discussions forum, or Facebook space.
However, Social Points earned across all areas still count toward the Monthly Social Ambassador title, even if they do not result in a badge upgrade.
Each badge is a milestone not a finish line.

- Stuck on an assignment? Homework Assistance sessions are there to help.
