If you have created an account but have not completed the required steps to become a student, please be aware that you now have less than 30 days to finish the process. After that time, incomplete accounts will be removed.
As we enter the New Year, the Academy’s focus will shift toward supporting those who are truly committed to learning and growing on their magickal path. To provide the best experience for dedicated students, we can no longer maintain inactive or unfinished accounts.
To support this renewed focus, the following updates will take effect:
A. New Registration Requirements
All newly registered users must complete the required onboarding steps within 10 days of creating their account.
B. Student Activity Requirement
Once accepted as a student, you are expected to remain actively engaged. This ensures your continued progress and connection within the Academy.
C. Staying Active During Breaks
Even during semester breaks, there are many ways to remain active, including:

Workshops

Temples
-
Clubhouses
-
Community events and circles
Participation in any of these will count toward keeping your account active.
D. Inactivity Policy
If an account shows no login or activity for 60 days, it will be suspended.
To reactivate a suspended account, the student must contact Harmony directly.
If there is no contact within an additional 30 days (90 days total inactivity), the account will be permanently removed.

This policy applies not only to new users but also to current account holders who have not been active or who have not yet met the school’s student requirements.
