Astrology 102 builds straight off of Astrology 101. We dive right into chart building, and later on in the semester, we get into forecasting from specific areas of the chart. We will be working with our own natal charts, but you can build anyone's chart once you have down the basics of how to do it. Since this is an internet course, we will use as many online sources as possible. Today's astrologers use computer programs to create charts, but once upon a time, they used books and pencils to sketch it out on paper. Each astrologer should still know how to create charts by hand.

They also had to be good with math, to figure out the positions of many of the elements in the chart. We are going to bypass the math, because today's resources allows us to do this easily. Also, your first chart will be a challenge, so it is better off starting easy. If you are interested in the math behind astrology, it is always a good topic for independent study.

Since their invention in Europe in the 14th century, playing cards have been used to predict the future. They can be thought upon as the precursor to tarot cards. One of the earliest types of fortune telling is cartomancy, which is still practiced today.

In this class students will read a regular deck of playing cards as a method of fortune-telling just as tarot cards are used.

Items Needed:

  • Regular Deck of Playing Cards

Prerequisites:

  • Cartomancy 1

In Cartomancy one, you learned what Cartomancy 1 is, the difference between Tarot and Cartomancy. You also learned what each suit represents, along with reviewing a couple of spread layouts. Remember when looking at a card there can be many interruptions and this is where your intuition comes into play. In this class, you will be practicing reading a playing deck using many different spreads.

Items Needed:

  • Regular playing deck of cards

Runes have been used to attract luck, provide protection, and work magic. We will teach you the meanings of the Runes, how to write in Runes, and some rune casting as well.  You will have three major projects in this course: Creating Your Own Set of Runes project, Rune Mats project, and Rune Charms project. Runes are used for your own divination, unlike Tarot cards which are used for other readings.

Items Needed:

  • Set of Runes

Prerequisites:

  • Runes 1

Rune casting, as you’ve learned from Runes 1, is not fortune telling as rune casting works deeply with the subconscious. The entire universe is represented by all the runes inside your rune pouch. Your entire unconscious and conscious mind is focused on your question. This makes rune casting not just a random selection, but a choice or selection made by the subconscious.  In this class, we will take a closer look

what is tarot card reading

Prerequisites:

  • Divination/Fortune Telling Foundation

Open up your world by learning to read tarot. Tarot card reading is one of the most popular forms of fortune telling. A single deck of cards will give you insight into your past, present, and future. Do you have questions about what your future holds, what lessons you should have learned from the past, or what should you focus on during your present? Tarot is used as a guidance tool into your life. Tarot reading is an intuitive reading of what your past was, the present is, and what the future may bring. Begin your journey with tarot and learn the meaning of the Major Arcana cards in the deck.

Items Needed:

  • Reider Tarot Deck

Prerequisites:

  • Tarot 101: The Major Arcana

In this course, we shift our focus from the broad archetypes of the Major Arcana to the intricate, daily machinery of the Minor Arcana. This course is designed to transition the student from a "seeker" to an analyst, providing a deep academic and intuitive investigation into the 56 cards that form the backdrop of our lived experiences.

The "brunt" of this course is the study of Elemental Physics and Iconographic Deconstruction. We will move through eight specific topics, from the initial spark of the Aces to the sovereign authority of the Kings. You will learn to see the Rider-Waite-Smith deck not just as symbols, but as a system of "chemical reactions" where suits, numbers, and postures interact to create complex situational blueprints.

  • Reider Tarot Deck

Prerequisites:

  • Tarot 102: The Minor Arcana

Welcome to the terminal tier of your cartomantic education. Tarot 103 is an advanced, intensive masterclass designed for practitioners who have mastered individual card definitions and are ready to transition into high-level professional consultancy, complex spread architecture, and systemic reading mechanics.

This course strips away the training wheels of guidebooks and superficial keywords, treating the 78-card deck as a living, integrated ecosystem. Students will deconstruct the geometric frameworks that dictate the movement of information across a reading, master the precise "clockwork" of temporal prediction, and build a pristine, audited space for ethical, sovereign practice. Through live lab work, a rigorous self-correction audit, and the creation of a comprehensive personal grimoire, you will learn to read with the dry, observant, and grounded authority of an academic counselor.
