The student services section is where students can find all things students may need such as student application, course enrollment guidelines, how to enroll in classes, as well as anything else which may pertain to students. Here is the location of the student application and the place where students can request the courses, they want to be enrolled in.  

 

 

New Student Introduction: Hello and welcome to Magickal Realm Academy. The enrollment process is intended to review if taking online classes here at MRA will be a good fit with your training. The following data will cover the essentials of using Moodle and highlight many of the school policies.  There will be certain topics covered that are common sense, and others very helpful. The Magickal Realm Academy operates on a semester format consisting of each semester running in a 16 sixteen-week period (4 months) followed by a two-week break before the next semester. Note: Students may receive a two-week class extension for extenuating circumstances. In order to receive an extension, you will need to contact the teacher of the class.  

All students must be at least 18 years of age. There will be NO exceptions to this. This is law in the U.S. We are based in the United States; we go by the guidelines of the U.S. Supreme Court which has primarily made it clear that parents of minors have the right to decide the way their children are raised and teaching religion falls into that category as law in lower courts. Due to nature of some courses offered, we do require our students to be the required age.  

Enrollment Process:  

Getting Started:  

Fill out the New Student Application – To Begin: Select the section below that corresponds with your last name; fill out the form – It is imperative to read all questions carefully and complete the form to the best of your capability. New Student Application that are not complete will not be considered. Additionally, we require a minimum of 200 words in your essay application. Essays that do not meet the required word count will be cause an applicant to be rejected. Once you apply, the Admissions Board will review your application and send you a message letting you know if you have been accepted or not. NOTE: If for some reason, you are not accepted you will be advised as to why and what steps to take  

Note: Once the New Student Application is complete and submitted, be sure you see a conformation page to verify it has been submitted.   

 Step 1: (New students only).   

 A. Select the section where your legal last name falls:

B. Read the student handbook (HB link here, Handbook 

C. Once you read the handbook, please go to the Handbook Agreement located in the handbook section which is the section under the Enrollment Form, Handbook Agreement, and reply to the questions. Be sure to hit submit 

Step 2: Wait for a message about your enrollment. This can take up to two weeks.   

Step 3: Once your enrollment is approved, you will be enrolled into Orientation where you will learn how to request a class, submit assignments. You will also be shown how to add photos.   

 Step 4: Wait until your enrollment has been processed. You will receive a message stating if you were or were not accepted. 

(Accepted students only) Upon receiving your acceptance message, you will be enrolled into course enrollment and then can enroll into up to three classes at a time. You have 16 weeks from the day that you enroll to finish each class with a possible two-week extension.

Have completed the application and been accepted. 

Have added a photo to your profile. 

Read and E -signed the handbook. 

The orientation course is created to inform new students how to get around the school. It will show the student how to submit an assignment, how to post a discussion. It will also inform the student of the different sections in the school that can be utilized. Once a student has completed the orientation, they will be enrolled into course enrollment where they can request the courses they want. 

Note: The lessons here will open so students can bounce around if desired.
