I have learned from past experiences of people trying to meditate and then it is mentioned they are unable to meditate and is why I created this course. If one tries to meditate without having the basics, it is very likely you will fail.

This course is required before taking our meditation course. Even if you are experienced, you may need a refresher on grounding, centering, and shielding.

This course will teach you some things you need to know before taking our meditation course. If you have experience with meditation, this class can be a refresher, and if you are new to meditating, this class will be vital to ensure you get all the benefits of meditating.

Prerequisites: Meditation Basics

This course is designed to help you in Basic Meditation. It will give you a foundation in various techniques and help you find the best one that suits you. This is not a Theory Course, but a Practice course, and you will be required to meditate at least 3 nights a week for 8 weeks from 10 to 30 minutes. Please do not enroll into this course, if you are unable to make this commit and this kind of dedication. Each Lesson is designed for you to meditate at least 3 nights a week from 10 to 30 minutes and cannot be bunched up (cannot combine all sessions into one day), and you cannot work ahead.

Prerequisites: Meditation Basics and Meditation 101

This course is all about practice, practice, practice. Students will be required to meditate a minimum of 6 nights a week for at least 30 minutes each. At the end of the course, the student should be able to meditate with confidence anywhere. There is also an essay and some reading within the class. One thing required is an open mind and a willingness to participate 100%.
