Aromatherapy is all about using essential oils for a person's well-being. Essential oils are a natural method used for healing. This course will inform the student on the benefits of using essential oils for healing and learn about using them in a safe manner. We will discuss what essential oils are, what carrier oils are. We then move onto dilution, safety, kid, pet safety. And last, storing oils and shelf life.
Be sure to have your supplies before requesting the class as you will be using oils in the first lesson.

In Aromatherapy 101, we learned what Aromatherapy is and ways to use essential oils for overall wellness. How essential oils can assist in a variety of methods. In Aromatherapy 102, students will be focusing more on the how to: Meaning; oil blending, diffusing, and creating products for life's daily ailments that can help you relax and more.
Please do not request this course if you will not/cannot commit to making/using items throughout the class weekly.

Everywhere we look, there is color. Color plays a major role in our daily lives even if we don't realize it. In this class, students will learn about colors, how they affect us, and how we can use them in a positive way.

In the Chakra course, students will learn about the center points of the body. We will review how they affect our lives, how to open/balance them and what they represent in all of us.

In a world increasingly starved of natural light and saturated with artificial frequencies, the art of Chromotherapy is more vital than ever. This course guides you through the Rainbow Bridge, exploring how specific wavelengths of light interact with the human endocrine system, cellular mitochondria, and the emotional psyche.
You will move from the foundational science of Photobiomodulation to the practical application of the Light Pharmacy, learning to prescribe color "recipes" for common modern ailments such as anxiety, chronic fatigue, and digital burnout.
