30-Day Limit: If you do not log into a specific course for 30 consecutive days, you will be automatically un-enrolled from that course.
No Prior Notification: No warning emails or courtesy messages will be sent prior to removal.
Life Happens: Communication is Key
If you are having issues with your studies, or if life events are currently preventing you from staying active, please reach out to your Magickal Guide and/or one of our administrators as soon as possible.
If you communicate with us: We can pause your status, and your completed work will be saved.
If you are removed for inactivity without contact: You will lose all completed work within the course and will need to start over from the beginning if or when you choose to re-enroll.
